In-home family photography sessions can feel comfortable and laid back. They give you the time to just be you and it will feel natural with your interactions with your family. My favorite part of in-home sessions is the ability to incorporate daily activities such as cooking, reading stories, or playing in the garden. Letting the children to be themselves in a comfortable setting can also bring out their true personalities. Capturing true emotion and connection

My goal of every family session is to capture those true moments between you and your loved ones. I am not just looking to create a portrait for you to send out Christmas cards, I want you to look back at these photos 10 years from now and think "babe do you remember when she laughing so hard when you booped her on the nose with the cookie dough? I will capture the little details like the way your kiddo blows kisses, the little ear to ear smiles, your little ones running & chasing the dog in the yard, and the smile on their faces when you are reading them a story. These are the memories that you want to remember for years to come.. These memories deserve to be captured for you to look back on for years to come.

Let's start right here, think about the activities that you do naturally together on a daily or perhaps on a weekend. Do you make meal(s) or snack together? Do you enjoy crafts together or play with play dough? What are some of the outdoor activities that you do at home together? From gardening, to reading stories, dress up, to brushing your little one’s teeth before bed; any activity can be captured beautifully to truly capture your family as they are.
